In this study, parents are paid to complete a survey and both parents and their 10-12 year old participate in a 45-minute Zoom session with our research team.

Filipino Families Project
>> How do Filipino families navigate life together?
We are looking for youth aged 10 to 22 years of age and their parent to tell us how they feel about family and parent-child relationships. Parents and youth complete a survey then an in-person session with fun games and activities. Every family gets a thank you gift card for participating.

Family Dynamics Project
>> How do parents' relationships with one another affect children's emotion regulation and kindness?
In this project, two parents from a family tell us about their family relationships via online surveys. Then, both parents and their 6 to 12 year old child participate in games and fun activities on campus at a 1-hour in-person lab session. We provide gift cards and a book for the child as a thank you.
